Deputy Chris Mastrianni – Richland County Sheriff’s Department
Deputy Chris Mastrianni attempts to make a traffic stop on a vehicle but it refuses to pull over and takes off at a high rate of speed. After a lengthy pursuit, the vehicle pulls into a parking lot and is cornered by officers. When the suspect gets out of the car, Deputy Mastrianni realizes that the driver is the exact same person he chased only a week prior. This time he’s not alone, as his passenger is a prostitute he picked up moments before. The suspect is joined on scene by his girlfriend and mother who are both taken aback by his foolish actions. He is arrested, again, for driving while suspended, reckless driving and failure to stop for blue lights.

  1. I was watching this show and reconized his voice before I even knew it was for sure him. He was young here but I so admire him. He was truly meant for this job and is going far!!

  2. BTW: The stop is bogus if you hear a term area known for Narcotics, this means that they will falsely pull people over and try to conduct an illegal search. I actually feel for the gentleman in this case, he thought he was going to get harassed again and he decided to run for it. Sometimes it is a bad ideal to be a black male in a "high crime" area. Of course this stop produced fruit but there are soooo many that did not, what about those people, I guess they will not be shown on COPS.

  3. This guy and hookers what can I say. He took the wrong approach he should have pulled over and said nothing. So what he had a hooker in the car, unless he pleaded out to something and hanging around a know area is a violation of his probation. If he said nothing he could have claimed he gave the girl a ride. They would have to manufacture probable cause to make an arrest much less have a conviction, this an a perfect when you talk to the goons you will make things worse much less run. Now he is facing a possible felony charge.
