Pierce County Sheriff’s Deputy Bill Cassio is called to the scene of possible child endangerment; he finds a man with five children in a very messy house. The man says his wife left and will be bringing a sixth child the next day, along with food stamps. Cassio gives the man an hour to tidy up the premises; he and Deputy Bret Farrar go out and buy food, returning to find that the house has been straightened. The deputies decide to leave the children with their father, in the hopes that they can get their lives straightened out.

  1. Brett was a wonderful police officer eventually became the police chief of the Lakewood Washington Police Department he was there police chief when four of his own officers were gunned down in a coffee shop here in Parkland Washington it made national headlines as it was the first time since 9/11 that multiple officers had been killed in the line of duty at the same time from the same Department at the time nothing like this had ever happened anywhere in the country both he and his wife were diagnosed with cancer at the same time she was diagnosed I believe with breast cancer and him with I believe prostate cancer if I remember correctly I think that his wife is still around and I think that she actually Beat It

  2. Arrowhead Park Apartments I used to live there my ex SIL was their next door neighbor, the model horses in the window were my nieces, the oldest boy Adam was a handful, the mother was a piece of work, always taking off and this poor guy was just overwhelmed with it all, btw he loved Elvis, can you tell?

  3. This is how a cop should be..buying the food was above the calling which i can respect but what i appreciated was the compasion the care the actually assisting to help the community/people way to go yall

  4. This actually brought a tear to my eye. Those officers really helped them all. But does this ever make the news? Does this ever make social media? Its sad to know that when the police do something so nice its not talked about.

  5. I ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ what these officers did for that family!

  6. This is one of my favorite episodes. Those policeman were so kind to this family. Anyone else would have called social services on them. God bless these officers. ❤️

  7. I AM A RETIRED SPECIAL FORCES OFFICER. SPENT 60 YEARS BEHIND ENEMY LINES. 13 YEARS OF THAT AS A PRISONER OF WAR. I HAVE BEEN THROUGH A LOT. THIS EPISODE HAD ME CRYING LIKE A LITTLE BABY. GOD BLESS THOSE TWO OFFICERS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES AND BEYOND.

  8. I love how cops care about kids and use their money to buy groceries. The dad's wife has the food stamps and the dad is working with the limits of the law and the kids work in an hour I wonder what they look like in the future having jobs and living large drug free
