The drunk man walking at like 4 minutes in this video, actually wasn't breaking any laws… If your drunk, you leave your car and you walk… This man was walking and the cop totally harassed him for being drunk and WALKING… Would she of preferred he drove ? I surely hope the man got off on that. He was walking for crying out loud. lol
