A Bratenahl officer wasn’t injured after his cruiser was struck by an alleged drunk driver. He was stopped on the East 140th exit ramp when the accident happened late last month. According to the Bratenahl Police Department, the officer went to the hospital after the crash, but was released shortly after. The driver was charged with OVI and failure to control.
