And fails.

The officer’s commentary while following the subject vehicle is pretty entertaining.

  1. Who's the dumb cop that did filed tests with the subject not even on camera. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 this is hilarious

  2. He made a couple of “Your causing me pain” comments, including “emotional” at one point. It’s almost cliche to say on these videos, but there would be a lot more pain if you had hit someone, and possibly killed them. He’s lucky it’s just a dui arrest.

  3. you have to google what a breath test is to make sure he's not fucking with you? Who drinks and drives and doesn't know these tests?

  4. I feel like this guy’s in the military just because the haircut and he said you’re tracking…idk the first time I’ve heard that was when I was in the marines🤷‍♀️

  5. Great I am from Bellevue also. Also a drunk. Before you all beat me up I did my time and in recovery. When the cop lit me up all my blood was replaced with adrenaline so a 50/50 mix of alcohol and adrenaline I pulled over and just nicely admitted i had too much to drink. The cop was pretty cool after that for the most part. When the police say “ please step out of the vehicle “ just turn around and put your hands behind your back you are straight up toast. I watch these to remind me or keep it fresh in my head. Sucks A.A. Meetings are all zoom now. These might be funny to you or piss you off but they help me to not be in the back seat of a police car again. Always blow or they take your blood and loose your license for a year. Keep safe and sober.

  6. Most people go over those lines a little from time to time! I have seen many cops go over those lines all the time! What a lying cop! Anything and everything for a citizen! For a cop no big deal!

  7. Did you have anything to drink tonight?
No i don't drink or "No" should always be your answer. Or you're fucked from jump street.
They pretty much made the choice to arrest you right there 😂 and so many people don't even know it. like let's say that you passed a field sobriety test with flying colors but then they give you a PBT if you refuse it they'll arrest you, if you comply and your over or any BAC is present they'll still arrest you.
Just a fact that you said you were drinking they pretty much can't let you go because they're not going to
Lose their career over you, and they will be held liable. They will arrest you you will be charged and they will let the courts settle it

And you should always say you're coming from a place where you wouldn't have access to any alcohol.
    A. Work
    B. Store

I don't agree with anyone driving fucked up. But I also don't agree with what they call a legal limit. Because you will get a DWI regardless.

  8. A drunk driver trying to negotiate terms of arrest by thinking he’s playing “who wants to be a millionaire”…yeah, you’re going to jail…final answer.

  9. It's not voluntary though. You can say no but you will be arrested. It's like getting drafted for war, they can't force you but you will go to jail if you don't.
