Rio Rancho, NM @CopsConsTV obtained video from the Rio Rancho Police Department of a drunk driving incident that had suspect Chris Luttrell run from the police.
Luttrell is a MMA coach, federal employee, and an ex-cop.
Luttrell refused the breathalyzer test and police requested a warrant for his blood.
It is unclear if he lost his job with the Department of Energy but it is likely with a felony arrest.

I love watching these because I'm all for balanced power. That said, you guys should take this video down. This cop was killed in an accident (non alcohol related). He made a mistake, for sure, but he also did a lot for his community and his family deserves to be able to hold onto that part of his legacy. So, for the family's sake, a shame video of a now dead officer feels icky.

I'm feeling more cops pulled up to this scene it must be that it's too many cops and not enough jobs to do I guess they need 10 cop cars for one guy that's already being detained you know it's already arrested they already got the car they got everything and they still got cop cars pulling up today
