  1. This guy Steve is super cool. I want to be like this guy. His wife sounded awesome also. We need more leaders like this in this county.

  2. Any knowledgeable defense attorney would question this stop. There is always jurisdiction issues when campus safety personnel conduct traffic stops ..

  3. If you’re over 65 you shouldn’t be subjected to these tests but at the same time if they believe u failed them then maybe they should’nt breathalyze also … just saying.

  4. OMG his wife needs to shut up. NEVER ADMIT to ANY DRINKS, no matter what (and don't put yourself in the situation to begin with).

  5. Tip for everyone – Have the officer do the complete demonstration, not just 3 steps of it. Whatever the officer ask you to do, if you are going to do it have the officer do the complete demonstration. If the officer ask you to do 9 heal to toe steps, then have the officer demonstrate 9 heal to toe steps; not just 3 steps of the 9. If the officer ask you to stand on 1 leg and lift the other foot off the ground, have him demonstrate the entire thing. Have the officer be specific to the amount of time as well. Have the officer hold his leg up for 20 sec. if that is what he is asking you to do. Remember these test are designed for even a sober person to fail them. Really you should never agree to do these test.

  6. He doesn't know the tests aren't pass/ fail. If he did everything right he's still going to be arrested. He should have said" I'm not answering any of questions and I'm not taking any tests. The Cop had no radar and doesn't have much tk write in a report if you keep your mouth shut.
