Poor thing is very sick. Not sure what happened cuz it looks like she has/had a family. Sometimes mental illness slips under the radar to family members for years. Then a traumatic event will upend everything.

This officer was courteous, BUT this interaction of him not acting like a figure of authority and more like a friend was not the right thing to do. She does have issues but he let her run the entire thing. Ridiculous.
