Extremely Drunk Dude Arrested For DUI, Speeding, Expired Plates – Everything Law and Order Blog

This DUI arrest marks a number of firsts for this channel.

For starters, the subject actually realizes that he is incoherent. Watch at ~6:13 as it dawns on him.

Things continue downhill from there, getting rather unique between ~7:00 and ~8:00, as the subject expresses total confusion as to how he could possibly give the officer proof that he has insurance.

[In case you’re confused (because, you know, it’s just a piece of paper that you keep in the car) rest assured that everything is fine with you. Dude in the video makes no sense.]

Finally, according to the police report, “After two attempts the test was stopped for [subject’s] safety, as he had extreme difficulty maintaining balance.” Too drunk to safely complete field sobriety tests? Not looking good.

Set your time machine to August 15, 2018 and let’s tag along with officers for some roadside gymnastics.

*Don’t forget to cast your vote in the “Guess his BAC %” poll, @ 21:09!

  1. This guy gave all the wrong answers, before being asked to step outside of the car. His speech is definitely impaired, so that means is driving is impaired! He probably drinks a whole lot, because his thinking even seems slow!

  2. Gotta wonder if the police sometimes make people who are obviously trashed go through the field sobriety tests just for their own amusement. Knowing that Real World Police will get their hands on the footage and put it up on YouTube for people to laugh at.

  3. Are you gonna be able to find me your insurance information?
    My insurance form?
    Yea, okay 😂😂😂😂

  4. As a LEO, I’m bothered he performed HGN test with red and blues flashing in the dude’s face. He’s obviously impaired, but that did not give the man a fair chance.

  5. Dreams are a reflection of what has happened in the past. BTW this guy is way too screwed up so why play the game? Just hook him up and get on with it.

  6. If he can hold out getting a breathalyzer or a blood test he's got a decent chance of beating the DUI. You're supposed to shut of the red and blues as they can disorient people.

  7. I love how they read these incredibly drunk idiots their rights, as if they have a clue what he's talking about.

  8. Man this gives me PTSD. I watch these often so I’m never tempted to drive after more than a couple. I promise y’all it ain’t worth it!

  9. Cop had me count to 20 while closing my eyes and holding my hands up in an Illuminati diamond poisition. After I passed he told me “You’re doing great! Now try to do it with your hands behind your back.” Once I tried he slipped the cuffs on. He might as well have just given them to me to put on myself.

  10. I'm not sure that explaining to the driver what's gonna happen if he doesn't take a test, really counts as a "legal advice".., 🧐

  11. Years ago I was stopped drunk twice and both times the officer asked me where I lived and when I said "Right over there" they let me go. Back in the olden days. I did eventually get a dui about 12 years ago. Horrible experience but I straightened up from it.
