@CopsConsTV obtained body and dash camera footage of an incident that happened near Indian River County in Florida. James J. Tedesco IV, a retired NYFD member, was seen by an Indian River County Sheriff Deputy speeding with flashing red and blue lights on a Florida highway.

The deputy performed a traffic stop and questioned what Tedesco was doing. He explained he was responding to a fire call in Miami. The story changed a few times. Tedesco asked for a break in the violations because he was a 9/11 fire fighter. The Deputy called a NYPD Fire Station supervisor who confirmed James did not start at NYPD until 2003 well after 9/11 and was medically retired in 2018.

Deputies searched his vehicle and found:
NYPD Police jacket
DEA Hat
Two AR-15s
1,139 rounds of ammo
Fire uniform equipment
An ounce of pot
Brass knuckles

Tedesco is charged with impersonating a police officer and possession of marijuana.

  1. ….Cop: "He HaS a VeRrY CoMbObBlEd StOrY." What's combobbled about I came from north going south? Nothing confusing about that. I can't stand these types of bulldog, hero, exaggerating cops.

  2. How dare you guys question a 9/11 firefighter. And an NYPD police officer. And a DEA agent. You're lucky he doesn't press imaginary charges for calling him on all his bullshit. He is on his way to smoke that weed that's the fire he is talking about. No he meant 9:11 pm

  3. WHY don't Yall pack up the stuff and get the hell off the interstate ,,, just a few minutes down the road from the wild traffic I'll bet you can get a lot done with out the chance of a traffic night mare 🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗🚗

  4. Maybe I'm wrong but, that Man could be a killer , don't let HIM go with out close examinations !!!! something strange is going on with his mind and if you let HIM walk blood is going to be on your hands

  5. If he was a firefighter back then and likes being in that status that he still brag about it, then why he didn't stays being a firefighter?

  6. I was in 9/11- with Morgan Fairchild- yeah, that's the ticket. Then she became my gir… no my wife- yeah, and we live in a big mansion on Park Avenue where we breed genetically altered turnips that cure cancer- yeah, that's the ticket. We have robot butlers and I caught Osama Bin Laden single handedly- yeah. Tracked him down like a wild animal and used my space age kung fu- yeah, that's the ticket…..

  7. wow why? mental issues =guns alone ok not with the weed not ok- pd jacket ok- red / blues lights not

  8. That’s the thing I don’t like why cops just got to lie why make up a story about reckless endangerment where is the integrity the respect the trust are law enforcement is just a joke

  9. Heres the deal, what most people don't realize is 90% of cops are that old guy at the store outside drinking coffee at 5 am bored as hell. The same as old gossiping women, there's zero difference. You can hear him say at the end "you're working late tonight" when the evidence is brought up and he says "of course." We all think it's a "quota" , no it's gossip to tell and stroke their ego. The same reason little boys go vroom vroom with toy trucks. It's a pissing contest

  10. Red and Blue ? Fire departments don’t have red and blues lol. Red and Yellow and White lights are used in fire And out of state firefighters don’t fight fires in other states in personal vehicles
