Riverside Police are dispatched to a loitering call spot the subject smoking a meth pipe. The man becomes agitated and the two Officers must control him on the ground until backup arrives. Fontana Officers respond to a vehicle that has crashed into a brick wall and learn that bystanders pulled the drunk driver from the vehicle seconds before it caught fire.
