This woman isn’t drunk, she’s someone’s crazy aunt who doesn’t get out often so her driving is bad. She’s stone cold sober and annoying as hell. I’m sure that cop wishes he just let her go.

My god what on earth is wrongg with so many americans. They all think they are above the law. Just do what the cops tell you. You cant win in an arguement as they have the law on their side.

I wonder how long it takes for this cop to screw in a light bulb. I can't figure out who is more pathetic — the crazy woman or the inept cop. It's pretty scary that this idiot is armed.
This cop is an idiot — just repeats himself over and over.

Even when inside patrol car, away from the disruptive sound interference of the wind, I still have difficulty understanding her speech.

The officer is a bit of a tit, she doesn’t have a mental illness but he won’t let it drop, she’s just eccentric like Katherine Hepburn, just leave her alone, she probably wants to smoke a doobie now after all the hassle she has had to put up with……
There would be a lot less drunk drivers on the road if the courts would dish out more serious penalties. Making the perpretators stay home on the weekend watching movies while getting drunk and stoned is a joke. Thats how they do it here in Canada.
