Officer Jason Pfeifer of the Wichita Police Department was called to a report of two women fighting in their front yard. At the scene, he discovers that the two women, who were in a relationship and living together at the time, engaged in a heated argument about unpaid bills which escalated to one of them hitting the other with a chair. After hearing both sides of the story, and seeing that one woman had offensive wounds to their fist, Officer Pfeifer arrested the woman for Domestic violence battery.
