All these comments are kinda fucked, the full video shows a bit more and it's pretty obvious that they were abusing the puppy, not saying him stealing the puppy was the right thing to do (it was not) but uts better than doing nothing.

The family should have taken the puppy with them on their outing, not left him alone. 😮💨 I understand that guy just wanted to take the puppy out of harm’s way, in case there was abuse. He meant well. I’m glad the puppy is safe and happy.
