Albuquerque Police Case #20-4664 A male individual identified as Manuel Castellanos was tasered on video for a second time. The last time was when he tried to flee from Officer CJ on a scooter(see that video in our library).
Early this year Manuel was observed pointing a firearm at passing vehicles in the southwest part of Albuquerque. A witness called police and described the male and Officers were able to locate him immediately.
