I'm not sure what happened with this guy here but by the sound of what he says and doing, he was obviously hurt very badly by this girl and whatever she has done to him you don't usually snap like this just for no reasons and even though that girl acts out like she's concerned about him , I don't think she is genuine and only putting out an act so she's not looking like the bitch. I bet this poor guy caught her cheating on him. Everyone are different. Some people can rise above a thing like that and some others who are very sensitive individuals may not have the mental capacity and health to overcome it. For some, loving a girl/guy and losing her/him is huge and ultra hard to take especially when you truly love this person and you've been betrayed by infidelity. That is the reason as of why many crimes of passion and suicides are happening.
