Deputy Mike DuBois responds to the call of an alligator found near a house. He arrives to find the homeowners, who are worried about their dogs. An officer from Florida Wildlife Control shows up to capture the gator, who is hanging out on the side of the house. She hooks the gator, and it struggles for a while, before calming down. Once settled, she hops on top of the gator and tapes its mouth shut, and secures its hands behind its back. She recruits DuBois to help her carry the animal to her truck. He’s a bit hesitant, but he musters the courage to help. The gator is removed from the property, and the homeowners thank him for his help.

  1. Well given the infestation of alligators in South Florida, I am surprised that the caller did not shoot it. I laugh at old Cuban ladies saying that they don´t eat iguanas any longer because they are in the US. Iguanas are delicious.

  2. Love how the cop gave the wildlife officer not only the due credit she deserves but gave me the impression he just wanted the poor fella to go back in and he glades with no negative impact. Police officer or not that is a testament to what kinda guy he was
