It's a shame this officer didn't take the risk more seriously she probably thought she knows her community. Nothing bad will happen well no one helped her.

150 comments in 7 minutes of video posting? Geez people get a job ! Haha
Don't send a female alone…
Mentally ill person with a gun call and she took action alone? The outcome speaks for itself.
She didn’t doo nuffin
The fact that nobody tried to help her after being shot is sickening.
Respect law-enforcement
poor agent! this was so wrong and hard to watch
They’re not sending their best
Fanny packs always have guns in them.
These are the stories we NEED to hear more of. Im tired of watching police kill citizens. This is for US. THE PEOPLE.
Don’t drag innocent folks down with you.
Properly untrained cop for you right there. When you spot a perp attempting to reach and pull out a gun your immediate reaction is to beat em to the drop and pull yours
Women should not be cops…
big mistake to move forward towards the weapon
Poor police tactics it’s a gun call pull out your gun
Proof yet again, "suicidal" does not mean won't hurt others.
First
I still don't get why police have to respond to suicidal individuals with an objective to help.
Anyone threatening with bodily harm (upon themselves or others) should be approached with weapons drawn and definitely not alone.
Good job on the POS family as well for asking for help but refusing to give it.
Might as well charge them for calling 911 with cause to kill an LEO.
Reopen the insane asylums.
Women aren’t fit for combat roles, no argument.
Who would want to police a community such as that? Leave the animals to the animals.
Aw man, I hope the office is going to make it. These animals need to be put down for not helping, f’ing trash!!!
Stupid family just stood there. They don't deserve cops assistance.
I hope Officer Lloyd is alright, and that she sues the family as well as the suspect for this.
That just makes my blood boil. I hope that mother is in jail too for not rendering Aid and helping this police officer. I mean what kind of animal does something like that.
Our prayers go out for this officer.
Cops simply have to stop trying to help those "communities", because those "communities" will never ever raise one finger to help them.
And these people wonder why Cops show up with guns drawn, you can't trust these people
Wow. I know every other comment is saying it, but she should've never entered that house without backup and why on God's green earth would you attempt a disarm. Back up behind the wall, draw your own weapon. I get its a panic-inducing situation but Jesus man she almost lost her life because of it.
I don't think female officers should respond to calls alone.
BOOM HEADSHOT
Body worn camera looks like pin hole camera for the locker room
wow bro your channel got obliterated by bots.
Best wishes LEO Demika Lloyd!!!!!…..BTW; u rock and keep on rockin"!!!
Why didn’t she go in with backup in that situation?
She really did not want to shoot that girl. I feel bad for the officer, and goes to show why so many take a direct aggressive route in these types of calls. Giving someone the benefit of the doubt can result in you losing your life…
Damn I hope the officer survives and recovers quickly. Those stupid women deserve to be buried under the prison. All the officer was trying to do was help a suicidal woman. Ends up being shot like this. Hope the woman uses the bed sheet in prison this time.
She's a quit she doesn't know how to do a job properly, she's danger of course to herself and to others
Poor training very sad
we want the sequel tho
