@CopsConsTV obtained body camera footage of an incident that happened just outside of Albuquerque, N.M. A state police officer stopped to assist a motorist that had a flat tire. The motorist said she did not want help. The officers Sergeant informed the officer that a wanted alert came out for a car matching the description from New York authorities.

The suspect was Haiyan Deng and was wanted out of Queens, New York for the murder of her married boyfriend a few days prior.

The officer returned to the scene to find Deng still on the side of the road. The officer was made aware of possible weapons in the vehicle by dispatch. She then tried to take the offender into custody. Deng and the officer went to the ground for a few minutes before a good Samaritan helped get the hand cuffs on her.

  1. All officers have my complete respect. She stayed calm, bluffed her way through a sticky situation (deserves an Actor’s Guild award) AND her guardian angel sent her a guardian angel. Great day; prayers to those who serve as first responders and citizens who step up!

  2. What the heck is that thing on the back of her Honda? It’s too high to be a porta-potty, but I can’t figure out what the heck it is.

  3. Even by the really lower standards we hold for female officers, this one doesn't even reach that level of useless. She needs a totally different career altogether

  4. 11:45 that was honestly terrifying. We know now that the suspect had a gun in the car and she quite possibly would have gone for it if the officer had let her in to the car. The officer handled this beautifully. She didn't tip her hand until the last possible moment.

  5. The obvious problem here is this female officer couldn’t restrain a smaller FEMALE without the Help of a Good Samaritan Male who by the grace of God decided to help if not this cop might have been done… If I were her I’d be seriously thinking of a career change because if that was a dude or even a teen age boy She’d be F*cked!!!! 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️JS

  6. for your reference, the girl worked as a hostess/dancer in a chinese night club in flushing, and became a mistress of a somewhat rich married man, she was accused of shooting him in her apartment…

  7. The cop calling for tires is hilarious and very unbelievable, I would have known the moment she said that dumb sh** however the language barrier helped her with that.

  8. Just curious about two questions 1) Does NM law enforcement has responsibility to detain a people violating law in another state? 2) NM officers is paid by NM tax payer and will NYC reimburse the time and effort? It is a similar situation like the Boston Marathon Bomber in Watertown, which is a different city with Boston technically.

  9. Wow she could have been killed if she had overpowered her, if she’s already killed before, I don’t think it would have been a problem for her to do it again maybe, she’s so lucky he stopped to help her, what a good man
