Willoughby, Ohio — On Saturday, September 10, 2022, Officer Stacee Wright pulled over a driver, later identified as 64-year-old David Koubeck, for speeding on Lost Nation Road just before 4:25 p.m. when Koubeck stopped and got out of the car without being asked. Wright asked him to sit down, but Koubeck refused, eventually pointing his finger near her face and pushing her. Koubeck continued to refuse the officer’s orders, which led to a physical struggle. Four citizens stopped after seeing the road-side struggle. They helped restrain Koubeck until more Willoughby police officers arrived. Koubek was arrested on charges that include assault on a police officer, resisting arrest, and speeding. Police said he was driving 57 in a 35 mph zone.

  1. Shitty policing – escalated a situation out of her favour, closed distance while saying 'back off'. Aggressively irresponsible. Good Samaritans, bad cop

  2. he had to complicate a simple speeding ticket – a big shout out to quick response of the first fellow 👍👍👍🇺🇸

  3. Exactly why woman shouldn’t be cops! They can’t even protect themselves how they gonna protect anyone else?

  4. Rory-Not Gail: Well, that didn't go so well for her. After she recognized the hostility, she should have maintained her distance, NOT ordered him to sit down on the ground (cause there's no way he was gonna do it), and kept her hands off of him. Play the game, watch his hands, and talk him through the stop…until backup arrives. Then, finish the stop. SHE unnecessarily escalated that stop into a physical confrontation.

  5. She stops him – she starts with attitude – he gets out to get his license from the back seat and she orders him to the curb and on the ground….. she needlessly escalated this whole stop from the beginning. Then she talks about what you shouldn't do to a lady???…. can we get some retraining here or review the local police policy on traffic stops…..

  6. She probably should've waited until the next pull out and not block the road, that way she have control over the driver door

  7. She was seriously in need of de-escalation training and has no business being a cop. You don't do that to a woman cop or not? Then go work at starbucks honey. Or maybe don't try shoving guys that have a couple of heads and several pounds on you and are clearly not happy.

  8. As Martin Luther King said, “the time is always right to do what is right!” That man deserves a medal for his actions!

  9. OH HO HO HO!!! SHE DID NOT SAY IT!!!!!!!! NOOOO!!!! "You don't do that to a woman…" OH HO HOOOO!!!! BIG MISS EQUALITY!!! "I'M JUST AS GOOD AS ANY MAN ON THE FORCE!!!" But don't hit girls…. Wow. Our psychotic culture…

  10. This woman shouldn’t be a cop.. I’m glad she was being helped but she didn’t at all try to de-esculate the situation. She walked right into everything that happened.
Instead of keeping distance and drawing her taser she just walks on over and shoved the guy. To him at that point he thinks ge needs to use self defense probably

  11. Now if they can only make everybody bow to every man that presents themselves as a woman, these officers might finally get it licked, I'm talking about their job of being a man

  12. great job by most in this video. I'd like to point out the guy who pulled up in the red truck though. he could have helped. i understand someone already jumped in to help but he just got out of his truck and acted like he didn't see an officer fighting for her life.
