FTO Logan Landrum – Amarillo Police Department
FTO Logan Landrum is dispatched to a suspicious vehicle parked in the back of a church. When he arrives, he finds two occupants in the car. The male passenger claims to be merely charging his phone while the female passenger is sound asleep. The female steps out of the vehicle and, while being questioned, a glass pipe falls from her shirt and shatters on the ground. She claims that’s all she has, but moments later she pulls a second pipe from her pants. The two are ultimately trespassed from the church and sent on their way.

  1. The Cop couldnt gain consent and couldn’t gain enough evidence for probable cause and obviously didnt want to violate constitutional rights either. He probably didnt have access to a K9 unit at that time

  2. Once again, I can't believe these cops let the guy drive away in a car with no license plates and no insurance. If they cared about public safety, they would have towed the car to impound, and then they would not need permission to search the vehicle.

  3. ? She had 2 pipes on her plis they admitted to using drugs so that's not probable cause to search a vehicle need a search warrant first? Wow this country

  4. Keep smoking dope and you will end up like this guy. He was in an unregistered car across the street from the police department! What did you think was going to happen?

  5. Even though the druggie is a prick. I'm still glad that the cop respected his constitutional rights! That's one cop I respect!
