Just watched this episode. The woman with the hammer – they said they were arresting her partially because of her previous history of domestic violence. You can't do that. A person's previous history has nothing to do with their guilt or innocence. At least here in Australia, police can't use previous convictions to determine a person's guilt or innocence. A person's criminal history only factors into their sentencing, but not their actual conviction.
