New Years is often a time that comes with a refreshed optimism for many, It’s a time of celebration. It’s another year survived, another year dawning anew. And for the men and women in law enforcement, fire, EMS, it’s another night of potential chaos.

It’s a night of calls for the dispatchers as they play “gunshots or fireworks” and send response to those who dial in. It’s a night of crime scene investigation for the forensics specialists who are responding to the aftermath of victims and suspects, some of who won’t see the new year dawn. It’s a night of shelter in place when people ring in the new year by shooting guns recklessly into the air at 12:00.

We take time to remember those we have lost in 2023, and pray for the safety of all first responders in 2024. As we ring in the New Year, we look towards the future with not just hope, but strength, solidarity, and determination to continue to swing the pendulum back toward the positive side of supporting our first responders. It has swung the opposite for far too long.

We will continue to shing the light onto the positive stories of the men and women of law enforcement who are making a change within their community. The heroes, the role models, the advocates. We will continue to highlight the businesses who support law enforcement and who proudly declare it. We will continue to tell the stories that the mainstream media refuses to tell because it doesn’t fit their narrative.

Most importantly, we remember all of the first responders we have lost in 2023, and pray for the safety of ALL first responders in 2024.

Keep fighting the good fight, we are right here with you.

  1. Here's to more transparency and accountability in 2024. We must vote in people who have ending Civil Asset Forfeitures at the absolute helm of their task list. The people of this Country must end the drop gun and magical baggies of illegal substances popping up on "random" traffic stops. It's time our "Brothers and Sisters" lose the immunity and stand up for their actions. Ending no knock raids and the endangering of innocent lives this type of "work" leaves on innocent people and Families. Make Repercussions Great Again in 2024 💪

  2. Praying for strength, guidance, comfort, wisdom, righteousness, maturity, gallantry, morality, ethics, and safety for all who lace boots to protect their communities. That they are not perfect is true, but that they try anyway is noble.
