Hardware Store Cashier Arrested for Felony Theft [Little Rock, Arkansas] – Everything Law and Order Blog

Kallie Lewis has a lot more experience with the criminal justice system than you might assume from this video. Nearly all of it, however, stems from a methamphetamine charge she picked up years ago. In that case she was sentenced to probation… only to be found a while later in Arizona, where she had been arrested. Lewis then failed to show up to a number of mandatory court appearances and also failed to comply with the conditions of her probation, skipping meetings with her probation officer and testing positive for methamphetamine while eight months pregnant. Addiction is not pretty.

In her latest arrest – shown in this video – Lewis was collared for felony theft from her then-employer. The State of Arkansas alleges that Lewis conspired with codefendant Nicholas Preston to steal more than $1,000 in goods from the hardware store where Lewis was employed as a cashier.

The case against Lewis and Preston is ongoing.

  1. You can tell how much those pricks standing around talking are enjoying this. Stealing is wrong, and I'm definitely not endorsing what she did, but I can't stand a snitch. I mean, they're really enjoying this. Disgusting all the way around.

  2. That store manager missed NO beats! He was there and maintained that excitement to the bitter end all the way outside. I swear it be the older ones be looking for drama💀

  3. “Things are great, Rupert, thanks! Yeah, Buffy and I just closed on that house in the Vineyard; my stock portfolio’s up 30%…oh, yeah! I’m thinking of giving the ol’ meth a try…seen a lot of people doing really well with that stuff.”

  4. "But I'm just an innocent girrrrrl!" *Wipes tear away* (Also, I did meth while 8 months pregnant, thereby potentially ruining my own child's entire life out of my selfishness)

  5. He’s so happy say her mother is in jail🤷🏾‍♀️the guy is shame May God show him the way. She did crime yes but this guy loves it

  6. They act like they’re on a secret mission literally in front of her lmao they’re just whispering could you imagine lmaooooo

  7. People love it when this happens….they all havin a great time..maybe she has having a big problem…shouls someone help her with her addiction

  8. I am reading through these comments (lord help me) and most of the people think that she want to not have possession of her purse because there are drugs inside. However, some are saying that it seems like she thinks she is going to be cut loose when outside because she keeps mentioning that she is going to be "on foot". It's as if she thinks she is just going outside to speak to a detective and get a citation ticket with that being the end of it where she can walk home. She probably worked up that dream in her head while she was sitting there in that backroom for the entire time.

  9. I was relieved when there was nothing in the lady's luggage. I get the feeling she wouldn't do this stuff if she wasn't trapped in a white pick-up

  10. she might have a case, she was detained without her rights being read, at that point she is under arrest. I would plead the 5th, get a lawyer. Sue the company she worked for, and see what happens.

  11. Is anyone else worried about what a waste of space that room is? like wtf? everything in there could be fit in a room 1/4th the size, with plenty of walkway space.

  12. Love the background tunes !! Reminds me of a couple other criminals. I think their names were "THE WET BANDITS" on the movie home alone. 🎄🎅🎁

  13. Why are people so afraid of jail, I've been in jail for a while with crazy ass friendly angry convicts and it wasn't bad at all. It's like a, vacation for me.

  14. Man- I had an x-girlfriend once try to give me like 200-300 dvds- and these were like new releases and really well known movies and stuff- not junk. Well I knew she worked at the Block Busters Video in town so I'm like "Nah, I think I'm good." and then a week later she goes to jail for stealing all of them from where she worked. Apparently she had some system setup to steal them, dub them, and then return them- but then she just started keeping the original copies with the box covers and all- even took posters to go with some of the movies. She was selling them online for a good price. I've never been so happy I turned something down.

Also- I fish tournaments and stuff quiet often so I became really good friends with the guys at my local tackle shop. One day I had about 30-40 bucks worth of stuff and the cashier is like "10.95" – so I corrected him and was like "Dude, I have way more than 10 bucks worth of stuff here." – didn't realize he was purposely trying to "help me" out. Next time I come in he does it again and this time it's even worse- I had about 100 bucks worth of stuff and he tries to charge me 13 bucks. What he didn't know, and I did, was that his boss was standing right behind him- so I'm like "Whoa man, I think you made a mistake.." – this moron starts trying to explain to me how he's doing it on purpose. Long story short I paid for my stuff- all of it- and he went to jail- they called the po po right then and there. I feel awful about this- sorta like it was my fault somehow-but I never asked him to do that stuff, not once.

  15. Jesus christ. A classic case of Hear What You Want To Hear "They can get it SOMETIMES as soon as the next day" "Okay. He said they can get it the next day" No. he said SOMETIMES they can. Relay the sometimes. "It's around a thousand dollars" "Okay yeah it's OVER a thousand". No. Don't make it out to be more than what it is. Directly relay how much and what is said DIRECTLY. THIS is the shit that needs to stop with officers.

  16. Just fire and ban her I don’t see the point in putting her in jail obviously she has a dope problem
