Officer Roberto Medina of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spots two men who appear to be engaged in a verbal argument. One of the men is carrying a large box as he tries to avoid the other man following. Medina makes contact with the two and learns that they are lovers in a dispute regarding infidelity. Medina then asks the men if either of them has warrants or an arrest record. One of the men states that he has been arrested for prostitution and has a warrant for petty larceny. While Medina waits for backup, the lovers take the time to profess their love for one another and state that they will never speak to each other again. When backup arrives, the box is searched and found to contain various books and puzzles. The man with the warrant is cuffed and placed into the police car while his boyfriend breaks down in tears.
