Bikes like this shouldn't be licensed for road use. They aren't a touring bike. It's a sport bike – loud, obnoxious, and designed for off-road use. That's where it should be ridden. Driver is an idiot as well – keep him OFF THE ROAD!!! So much for the CDL and good luck getting hired driving anything, when actions show he'll go to extremes to skirt the law. Wouldn't employ him – no way!
