Officer Jonathan Estrada – Wichita Police Department
Officer Jonathan Estrada attempts to stop a bicyclist for riding on the wrong side of the road. Officer Estrada pulls up next to the rider and asks him to stop, but he refuses. The bike rider bails and runs to a nearby house where he sits down on the front porch and is taken into custody. The bike rider ran because of a child support warrant, he’s taken to jail and the bike is given to a relative.

Agreed. He should have just stopped. Obviously hiding something. But even then… Enforcing laws like what lane to ride your bike on is only enforced in rural areas of Wichita. Not even then… Kind of a pointless altercation if you ask me.
