Idaho Man Convinced Hospital Poisoned Him; Gets Trespassed – Everything Law and Order Blog

The film “Billion Dollar Bully” examines the business practices of Yelp. Specifically, whether Yelp’s alleged business practices involve the extortion of small businesses.

In a Business Insider interview, the film’s director, Kaylie Milliken, said that she decided to take on the project when her doctor told her that she had begun seeing negative Yelp reviews for her practice that she was unable to reconcile with actual patient visits.

“I was at a doctor about a year ago, and she started telling me about her experiences with Yelp. The more she talked about it, the more my jaw just kind of dropped. I knew that they had aggressive sales people — my husband is a small-business owner and he’s complained before about how pushy they can be. But then she started telling me about receiving reviews, really negative reviews by clients, and she couldn’t figure out who these clients were.and that she had become convinced that some of the reviews were fictitious when a complaint was posted describing symptoms she had never seen in her practice.”

In this video you will meet Devin, whose allegations take negative reviews and reputation management to a whole other level. Devin is trying to investigate his local hospital’s attempt at poisoning him. Because he wrote some negative reviews online. Feeding the conspiracist thinking, the hospital is tired of Devin’s investigation. So they have him trespassed. You know, so he can’t figure out The Truth.

“But when I’ve got a list of 150 names about the conspiracy coming against me, and all I wanted was just the ingredients for the salad!” [I understand.] “And it’s turned into trespass!” [Right.]

  1. Boy, if you don’t take your ignorant ass home and take care of your 👶 nobody is trying to poison you. Hospital food is shitty even at its best “new parents meal” foH! And talk to a therapist while you’re at it. Hell, we all need to.

  2. Did he expect “poison” to be on this list of ingredients?
This man will eventually be poisoned but by his wife & children.

  3. His claim about seeing if he was allergic to something was rational he should’ve just asked with that context off rip dumbass lol

  4. St. Joseph Regional Medical Center is a fucking nightmare. Doesn’t surprise me, especially after it took them a month to clean the fryer after a dialysis machine in a room above leaked into it.

I have many horror stories about those cunts. Glad I quit working for that shit show.

  5. It boils down to common law. Common law is a big part of U.S laws. We got common law from England as a colony and after our independence, we kept parts of British law and called it common law. It is suffice to say a very deeply rooted part of our laws.

Common law has the idea of a bundle of rights connected to private property. One of those rights is the ability to include or exclude anyone we want to from private property. The only exceptions are government officials and utility companies for official business only.

So yeah, this hospital has every right to exclude this creep from their private property. There is no need to justify it to the person who was tresspassed.

  6. As nucking futs as this sounds!? Crazier things have happened & he might be as crazy as it seems! I work in human rights/family rights activism & a Molotov Cocktail was thrown through my vintage cars window & 6 weeks later, my bedroom window. Ended up being a 5 alarm fire, bcuz I'd stored race fuel in my garage. My house & car were a total loss!

  7. This guy is a LIAR, his body language is that of a BAITER, He is a scam artist 100% and is playing an ignorant game….

  8. You guys laugh but this type of thing happens, what hes saying. Suspend your disbelief because the subjects garnered federal attention because of lawsuits that are being won lol.

  9. Police officer .. when you tell someone to take a picture over your shoulder is the same as giving the id to them for a picture.

  10. This cop sucks that kid was very polite and maybe a little bit wonky in his head but within his every right to ask and find out what is going on the hospital just doesn't want transparency and it's very evident here they don't want to answer to anyone who wants people like that saving their lives?? Not me sorry reform the court system also not the police
