Officer Brandon Lynch makes a bike stop and the suspect lies about his name. He has a warrant and tries to run. After a scuffle, the suspect begins to lose consciousness. The officers quickly administer Narcan after they find meth needles and other paraphernalia. The suspect is taken to the hospital to be cleared before going to jail for his warrant resisting and assaulting an officer.

I'm glad law enforcement caught the thug. Too bad our society is investing in free Narcan to low life addicts when so many diabetics (real sick people) are being taken to the cleaners by the pharmaceuticals. Many diabetics can't afford insulin but the drug industry and politicians are doing nothing to help. Just follow the money and you'll see it's not in favor of law abiding citizens who need support and care.
