  1. You don't lie to a cop even if it is the Boise Police. You lie to a cop in Idaho you will be sleeping in the Ada County Jail thats where this guy ended up he was trying to throw off the cop so he could rob that store.

  2. That TruNarc device looks promising. Hopefully far more accurate than those crappy narcotic field tests that are notoriously inaccurate.

  3. If you get a good lawyer, they can argue that as the cop was looking for weapons, he had no legal reason to remove a baggie as it does not resemble a weapon.

Note that this defense only works if you're rich and/or famous. If you're an average person they'll laugh it off and convict you anyway.

  4. Biggest moron ever. Already been arrested for narcotics! Already been stopped by this officer looking into closed businesses. So he does it again with meth!

  5. older I get the more irritated I get by these cops. Its an industry they are all in on, the cops are on like 70,000 to 90,000 grand wages, the new cars, high tech weapons, radio, equipment, all for a bag of weed. The citizens get locked up then put out on bail – bail is like $1000 dollars I believe, so round and round it goes.

  6. If ppl knew the law. He wouldn't of went to jail. Suspicion is only a crime of the mind and never a crime of the law. No name is all he woulda got from me. That's legal
