@Copwatchtv obtained body camera footage of a Santa Fe judge being investigated for driving while under influence of alcohol.
Santa Fe police arrived on scene and found Santa Fe Magistrate Judge Dev Atma Khalsa on the top of his car.
Judge Khalsa was charged with DWI, careless driving, and driving without a license.
