Officers Greg McClain and Jonathan Wright stop a car for not having a functional tail light. When the driver could not locate his license, the officers had just cause to detain him and search the car. While searching the vehicle, the man becomes emotional, exclaiming that he is “just a soccer dad” and nothing is in his car. A stolen, loaded revolver is discovered in the backseat. The already convicted felon is sent back to jail.

dude was my neighbor. he got let go that night. the cops fucked up on paper work and the way they handled this. His tail light wasn't out, they had been following him from I5 to El Dorado. The went straight for the gun, they knew it was there. The really funny thing is that part of why he was booked was not having ID, it was in the bag with the gun. If it wasn't for one of the camera Crew telling him in Spanish to sign the release forms, none of that would have been saved.
