Detective Bryan Dubois and members of the Lubbock Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit attempt to serve an arrest warrant on a suspect who lives with his grandmother. Officer knock and announce their presence, and warn the suspect that they will have to make a forced entry into the home if the suspect does not answer the door. After several attempts and no response, they hear voices coming from inside the garage. Detectives attempt to make entry through a dilapidated wooden garage door. Moments later the suspect’s girlfriend responds, “Hold on, I’m coming to the door.” She is followed by the male suspect who is visibly upset as he approaches the front door. He argues that detectives have no right to enter the premises or to detain him. The male suspect is arrested and his girlfriend is also detained for an active warrant for her arrest.

  1. Why do the police in America always scream and shout at people. This only escalates the situation. And point pistols at people. I would be terrified. I live in Scandinavia where law inforcement approach you quietly with no screaming and without any weapons

  2. Get the wagon, load them all up. Over 10 minutes is being extremely patient. Fortunately no weapons involved from felon, or others. Always a dangerous situation. Think better caution should have been taken, considering the person.

  3. Dirty cops are like measles, there’s too many dirty thugs being thugs.
I really think they wake up saying, can I kill somebody today, and I’ll get away with it.

  4. Dude may be a total douche-bag felon but he was correct. An arrest warrant does NOT give police the authority to break into a private residence. Either those cops are too stupid to know that (which I doubt) or they're willfully violating the law. Hard to respect so-called law enforcement officers who violate the law themselves. Grandma should sue the PD for damages.

  5. It too bad the grandmother had him in her home. Glad he's gone. For now.
So now we have entitled wannabe gang members 😂😂😂😂😂

  6. Why do cons want so much respect when they have a warrant and want cops to roll out the red carpet for them like they're somebody?? 🤡

  7. Pretty sure a warrant doesn't constitute forceful entry into someone else's property. And as shitty as a guy this felon probably is, he still is right. And that property owner has rights, not to have their property invaded by the government

  8. I think without a search warrant he could've hidden in there and it would be unlawful for them to break their way in.

  10. Lubbock has always had and always will have a racist , unjust , and unfortunately a structured police force only meant to keep the same people that have ran the city since forever at the top and innocent Americans at the bottom. Their police force is only meant to keep whoever they deem worthless lost in a system that was never meant for them to succeed 💯💯💯💯
