Los Angeles, California — On March 29, 2021 around 3:49​ a.m., LAPD Rampart Patrol Division officers saw a suspect, later identified as 38-year-old Matthew Blaylock, walking in an alleyway. As the officers approached Blaylock, one of the officers became aware that he was armed with a handgun. The officers gave the suspect commands, but the suspect refused to comply and fled on foot. The officers gave chase and caught up with the suspect near the intersection of 8th Street and Bixel Street, near the 110 Freeway on-ramp.
Despite commands to stop, the suspect armed himself with a pistol, resulting in an Officer-Involved Shooting. Blaylock was struck by gunfire. The Los Angeles Fire Department responded and transported Blaylock to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased. A pistol was recovered at scene and booked as evidence. No other officers or bystanders were injured during this incident.

Okay I'm confused #1 what was wrong with him walking in the alley why did cops approach him for walking in the alley what is wrong with him being on with a gun it's his birthright to protect himself what was he probable cause for them stopping him and telling him to get on the wall they were the aggressors

You've got to love people applauding the trampling of rights, it's only when its "our people" that we believe in them. "Shall not be infringed" is pretty fucking clear to me and if youre honest its clear to you too. This man was murdered practicing his so called "god given right" which is protected by our constitution, not granted, and cannot be denied you no matter what politician says otherwise.

I'm sitting in my easy chair thousands of miles away and I almost dropped my gun. I watched this on my phone and could see the outline of the pistol.The officer gave him every chance in the world to NOT GET SHOT! People are being poisoned by propaganda into thinking they don't have to comply.
