  1. so sad that theres literally millions of kids out there that get messed up for life because they have crappy parents like this

  2. OK, so the Driver, who is most likely also the Father of the Unrestrained Baby, is pulled over for Speeding, is determined to Also be Drunk/Intoxicated (DUI), & the Female Passenger (Mother) of the Unrestrained Baby, is Also Completely Stoned. The Officer did EVERYTHING Right by stopping that Car & ALL of it's occupants! There's NO Doubt the Officer Saved that Baby's Life! The Final Charges to the Driver are, Speeding, DUI, & Felony Child Endangerment! As for the Female Passenger, she goes to Jail for the Same Felony Child Endangerment charge!!!

  3. Umm seems to me that the mother should be charged for endangering the life of her child for not having him restrained in an appropriate child seat and for putting him in a car with an intoxicated driver that was speeding. Oh and being intoxicated herself making it impossible to protect her son who well could have gotten into the alcohol and PCP that was in the car.

  4. as a mom when she just started screaming to take the baby them, my heart broke. my love goes out to that baby forever

  5. The woman is completely GONE and the man sounds verrryyy buzzed.
A child in the backseat rolling around?! Horrible!!!

  6. When an officer has to call CPS, I cannot imagine what that officer's feeling! IT HURTS THAT OFFICER TERRIBLY, but he knows, it's his only option, in a scenario such as this! And of course that child's life will never be right, but in a case such as this, it's the only option there is! THE ONLY DECENT option!
