Definitely not a "routine traffic stop"… Officers knew this vehicle was wanted all along. They were even tipped off by Houston PD.
There was a watch store robbery back around 2012-2013 maybe where about a $1 million in watches were stolen from Lenox Mall in Atlanta. As far as I know, they never arrested anyone.
