@Cops&Cons obtained body worn camera footage of an incident that had Rio Rancho Police called to a residence for a burglary in progress. When they arrived they found, David Morales, of Rio Rancho, NM in the house. Morales owns the house but was served with a trespassing order a few week prior.
Morales asserted he had the right to be in the home. He was charged with violating the trespass order and burglary. His court case is pending.

Apparently they were estranged (aka he wasn't living there) and had admitted to breaking the window multiple times to get back into the house. It is correct that the previous day the restraining order was granted, but apparently he wasn't living there and done damage multiple times. Or that's what I gather from the RR news.
