A car flees in Pittsburgh, tossing crack and a gun, before crashing into another car. Palm Springs Officers locate a disoriented man begging for help on a disturbance call at a hotel. Witnesses show where the man smashed several windows out, leading the cops to believe the man is under the influence. Spokane Officers respond when a concerned neighbor spots a naked female running from a house. The woman explains she was assaulted by her amorous boyfriend, who is found hiding under a couch.
