Los Angeles, California — On July 7, 2022, at 6:13 p.m., Newton Patrol Division officers responded to a report of a male possibly suffering from a stab wound in front of a local restaurant in the 7100 block of South Broadway Street. When the officers arrived, they were directed to the suspect, who was located a short distance away and was appearing to challenge another male to a fight. The investigation later determined that the suspect punched this individual in the face without provocation.
As the officers approached the men to investigate, the suspect stepped into the roadway, raised his fists in a fighting stance and began walking toward the officers while yelling obscenities. The officers gave the suspect several commands to stop and warned that a TASER would be utilized if he did not comply. Despite that warning, the suspect continued to advance toward the officers with his fists raised. As the suspect closed the distance to the officers, one of the officers deployed his TASER, striking the suspect on his front torso. The suspect fell backwards at that point and struck his head on the pavement. He was then taken into custody without further incident.
As a result of his fall, the suspect sustained a laceration to the back of his head. He was treated at scene by Los Angeles City Fire Department paramedics and transported by rescue ambulance to a local hospital, where he was admitted for observation. The suspect was later identified as Max Kleiner. Kleiner also sustained a non life threatening laceration to his upper chest area from an unrelated incident. Neither of the officers sustained injury during this incident.

At first I thought I was watching a walking dead zombie.
Be nice if all violent people would go shirtless… tasers are much more effective.
That fall 😂
"Breaking News: new studies show tasing someone will immediately knock the meth right out of their system!"
Why Didn't He Respect The Fade?
Taser gets your attention.
Antifa warrior flopped like a turd.
Nothing like the Taser of Common Sence snapping people to reality, well for at least a little bit.
what is drugs
Put on your gloves guys
Where's your gloves guys? You found the reset button though.
More than likely, he doesn't do drugs regularly. I know from experience. I smoked pot once in the mid 90s and I went berserk just like this guy. They didn't have tasers or body cam back then, but I got arrested and taken to the hospital. I came to strapped to the bed. I remember almost all of it, but had no control. I remember my first words, lol, "Hey, I think I'm ok now, can you let me out of these straps?"
Then the walk of shame back to my car, over a bridge that had no walkway.
The state of California , i tell ya
Scared me for a minute… the keys were still in that squad car. Guy got between the officers and their cruiser, I was taught never to let that happen if the vehicle is unlocked/if the keys are still in it.
lovely los Angeles
That is exactly how you handle this thank you officer god bless you for not shooting him dead
"bUt dRuGs aRe a vIcTiMlEsS CrImE!!!!1!"
Nice to see an officer take care of business instead of fucking around until someone gets hurt.
The Hispanic put that knife away pretty fast before he just walked away
If only all criminals would take their shirts off so tazer always would be successful.
