He was ordered held without bail at Northeast Correctional Complex in St. Johnsbury. If convicted, Brandon Tallman faces a maximum sentence of 41 years and six months in prison. He was released to the custody of his mother. Amy Tallman is scheduled to appear in court in St. Johnsbury on Aug. 20 to answer the charge of impeding troopers.

  1. OK I’m trying to figure out why the cops have not pulled out their guns that certainly seems like adjustifiable shooting situation, I guess I don’t get it.

  2. This is one where ya really wanted to see the full video! It wouldn’t great to see them all actually taken in to custody…

  3. I'll give him $500 for the excavator. Something tells me they won't need it anymore and will need money for lawyers instead. F*cking mental cases.

  4. Why the fuck didn't they shoot? They'll shoot a 70 year old woman with a knife, or a man paralyzed from the neck down, but not someone trying to kill them with an excavator? What the fuck

  5. Should have shot the father when the bucket moved towards the officers. That would have been justified.

  6. Custody of his mother.. oh ok well he's obviously under age probably still in high schoo- TWENTYFOUR YEARS OLD ??! DA FUUUUUUK
