Mike and Dave are back with another Off the Cuff. Tonight, we’ll be covering Ohio’s passing of recreational marijuana into law, the censoring of a particular manifesto after Steven Crowder made some noise and the continuing battle on “assault” weapons in Illinois as the case heads up to the Supreme Court.

Oh then we talk about some weird horrible stuff at a funeral home.

  1. Cannabis affects everyone very differently from alcohol.

A Chronic pain patient isn't going to appear to act under the influence.

Pain patients …real patients…their brains process the opioid and cannabis differently from people using the drug who aren't real chronic pain patients.

I could introduce you to 6 new people. One of them could be using 4oz of Cannabis a month…and you couldn't tell who just by field sobriety tests.

Most real pain patients are disabled and unable to perform field sobriety tests anyhow.

    So what to do?
