@CopsConsTV obtained body worn camera of the interview of famous actor Alec Baldwin immediately after the shooting. Baldwin was interviewed by Santa Fe County Deputies on the incident.

Definitely a lawyer situation, but someone of his age and experience should have known to check and make double sure that gun was not hot. The best outcome that can come out of this is increased safety on the set involving guns, which should not ever include hot guns for anyone on a movie set.
Someone must be in charge of props. Of course this guy is nervous he can be wrongly charge for an accident. People on set aren’t doing jobs. Do you know how many people work on set? The crew should be sued.

The weapon used was Colt model 45, this is a single action revolver and you must pull back the hammer to fire the weapon.. If the hammer is not cocked you cannot fire the weapon by pulling the trigger.

It's my understanding,…that anytime an actor is handed a firearm on set prior to a live shot,…..that actor is too clear that gun "hot",…..or clear it "cold". Its to make the process safer for everyone on set. The amoror could've made a mistake. Clearing that firearm is an act that further lessens the chance of someone being harmed. Just what I've learned since this incident.

He's not going to get charged with anything it's the armor that's going to get charged with it at least negligence I watched her interrogation and the first thing she asked about was her fanny pack which had the dummy rounds in the blanks in them so I think a real bullet ended up in there and there might be more bullets in there that was the first thing she asked was can I get my fanny pack and then later in the interview they find out that that's for she was keeping the f**** blanks or Duds whatever the hell who cares. someone's mother is dead
I’m still not understanding. You’re on a movie set. Why are we not using prop guns? Why the hell do we have live ammunition on a movie set?
I was skeptical at first, but while it's everyone who was responsible for the gun's handling that day's fault, Mr. Baldwin is actually just as confused as everyone else as to why there may have been a projectile in it. But ultimately it was in his control, he should have verified it was empty/had the correct ammunition in it.

The movie industry uses a 2 person check system. The armorer and the actor, that is why the armorer loads the gun in front of the actor, showing them each round as its loaded, and what kind it is. The actor is supposed to actually watch and visually check it, and listen for the tell tail rattle. Than when asked do you want to check, they are supposed to do so. They both are supposed to treat it as an important safety step and do everything required to ensure the gun is safe. That is the industry standard and protocols. Baldwin refused to check for himself whenever he was asked and he didnt do so when he himself says was the first time he was just handed it and told it was a cold gun. Nor did he ask for Reed to be brought to do so, he didnt ask assistant director/safety coordinator Dave Halls to do so and he did not doit for himself. The New Mexico OSHA branch determined that the production company and the producers were willfully and deliberately negligent in ignoring all safety standards, protocols, and laws regarding gun safe handling and use. As a producer that determination applies to Baldwin as well. Baldwin is seriously being considered for a involuntary manslaughter charge. Mew Mexico law 30-2-3 subsection B, Involuntary manslaughter consists of manslaughter committed in the commission of an unlawful act not amounting to felony, or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death in an unlawful manner or without due caution and circumspection. Hes being looked at for the lawful use of a firearm that resulted in a death that resulted from his not acting with due caution or circumspection.
Whoever commits involuntary manslaughter is guilty of a fourth degree felony.
