I would quit bragging about where the city has wound up in 30 years. We all know noones happy with the way the law and courts are handling the punishme t of criminals and exspecially concern to repeaters and low sentencing terms. Let alone the weakness of maximum punishment for the very vial criminals caught redhanded.
