@CopsConsTV obtained body camera footage of a Florida Keys deputy who was arrested early July 12th, 2021in Key West after city police said he removed a wheel that had a parking boot on it from his illegally parked pickup truck, replaced it with a spare — and then drove home after visiting a sushi spot.
Edward Alan Swogger, 31, faces a misdemeanor charge of theft and refused police to search the residence for the missing tire and boot. His dad gave consent to the police and they retrieved it from the shed.
Swogger’s case is pending and his employment with Florida Keys County Sheriff’s office is also pending.

I watch a lot of cops arresting cop videos, this is the first cop I can say that I believe would do the right thing with or without a body cam. He genuinely cares that this guy broke the law and doesn't care that he's a cop.
