Off Duty Cop from Outside of Jurisdiction Follows Suspect from Hooters and Pulls Him Over!!! – Everything Law and Order Blog

@CopsConsTV obtained body camera footage of an incident that happened on 02/23/2021 with an off duty Ruidoso Downs Police officer named Nicholas Malone performed a traffic stop outside of his jurisdiction in Albuquerque, N.M.
Off duty officer Malone was in Albuquerque for what he said was a rifle training for his work. He went to Hooters to eat and saw an altercation break out and then followed the suspect out of the restaurant. He used his government issued unit to pull the alleged suspect over.
Albuquerque Police officers responded to the traffic stop. They interviewed the off duty officer and citizen. APD officers tried to perform a field sobriety test but the citizen declined and since APD did not witness any driving while intoxicated. The citizen had friends pick him up and no charges were filed.

  1. At the very least, this guy that was pulled over needs to go and file a formal complaint against this dumb-ass that has no business carrying a badge. Don't let anyone talk you out of it; file the formal complaint against him.

  2. This off duty cop should've been arrested. His actions, while he wasn't even working, were completely ridiculous! He wanted to act like a big man in front of the Hooters girls. I seriously hope that this guy that was pulled over sues this guy for false detention. There has to be legal action he can take against this dumb ass. The idea that this off duty cop can drink, and then proceed to detain an an entire table of people is beyond RIDICULOUS!!!

  3. That stupid off duty cop can't be pulling people over just because dumb ass cop see him drinking at hooters then waits for him to leave then pulls victim over what a stupid coward

  4. 🤣🤣this drunk off duty cop needs a life I sure hope he doesn't take a life when the real cops should've given him fields of all things to wanna be in this world and people choose police 🤣🤣most cops are lazy or their performance sucks you tube is stocked up on videos of corrupt and lazy cops and this video here is definitely one of those

  5. Why is no one talking about the female officer that’s totally into him lol both of them actually. Hope he got it in

  6. Well done officers! The only thing better would have been if you had busted the drunk cop as well. Having seen many of these videos, hearing his speech (very uncop) and watching his feet (all we could see) I would say hes 1.8 or more based.on other perps' performances.

  7. Cop outside his jurisdiction witnesses an assault in progress; doesn’t report it?
Sees a drunk guy, lets him start driving, then pulls him over?
    Again… out of his jurisdiction?
    facepalm

  8. Sit down, cross your legs, umm ok, no. Breath the cop he sounds a little shaky, wonder what his BAC is?

  9. Lady cops did a great job , well done officers, takes the woman to sort things out in this world 🌎 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

  10. Imagine walking up to a group of adults enjoying some dinner together, and announcing that they are indeed being held against their will and will not be able to leave the restaurant. the AUDACITY of this guy

  11. Damn that's a good way for a corrutp cop to get all fucked up illegally while off duty following someone. To bad that's not what happened in this video

  12. My opinion is, The other cop off duty was more drunk than this guy… and he was out of jurisdiction so he can do that , is right ?
