  1. Back the criminals of BLUELINE !!
    APPSULTLY DISCUSSING !!
Top It Off Drunk Says hes in enough trouble with his department! CRIMINALS

  2. A pregnant woman with a broken tail light just committed a traffic offense, can yall slam her the ground for good measure. Nasty weak men as cops.

  3. Added comment when does this ever happen to a regular citizen when a officer states he thinks your drunk or at the limit and doesn’t finish the sobriety test and just lets someone pick you up. Clear bias and this department found nothing wrong here. This is the problem I’m in enough problems with the department this is a clear reason why this continues in departments condoning and covering up. How do citizens suppose to have faith in officers when something like this happens! This is the problem both of these officers and the ones there that said and did nothing all should go out the door period. If you want your career to be over for another’s officer bad behavior then you don’t need to be a officer period. You took a oath to uphold the law period not your position or title. All are equal under the law. This was appalling to watch and a department condone such bad behavior it’s called corrupt period. I’m sure we will be seeing these officers again.

  4. When you break the law why tell a officer your title does that excuse you from breaking the law. Instead of obeying the law as any other citizen you think you being a officer excuses you from drinking and driving a officer should handle this like any other stop period and if not then should not be a officer period.

  5. the officers head wasn't moving while doing the eye nystagmus test. horizontal or vertial

if the guy was drunk, his head would be moving.

His eyes were obscured by the elbow so idk if they were twitching to refocus, but when the pen was to the right side of the officer, the right eye seemed stationary.

not sure if the officer must conduct a full field sobriety test or can terminate it early

but to me it seemed fine.

  6. The officer discontinues FST's after horizontal nystagmus and you just stop there? I believe due diligence would be to complete the FST's ending with the breathalyzer. At that point, more thorough preliminary DUI investigation would be considered complete. The off duty officer lied saying he had nothing to drink and then doesn't verbally admit to drinking but takes his chance to have someone pick him up because he's "close" to DUI in the investigating officer's opinion? Not a good look for any involved here. Yikes.

  7. Mutt was visually impaired. Absolute clown department. He does on his way and kills someone, what happens?

  8. He's really drunk driving and just got a "someone come get him" ticket/ get out of jail free and save career card 🤣🤣🤣

  9. Like a normal citizen would be allowed to call for a ride after getting pulled over for dui and then obviously lying about having had any alcohol. Reg citizen would be cuffed and stuffed with no consideration.
