  1. I actually think he is innocent

He didnt over-react with the normal " I swear on ny kids life i wouldnt hit a woman"

    Seems genuinly confused.

Also why would the other people all sleep in the same rokm if he had been so violent.

That chick seemed surprised at why cops woukd be there too

  2. 1. Yvonne was not credible. You can tell by her histrionic reënactment and unnatural eye contact. She may also be on drugs. If not, she has a screw loose. She had plenty of time to concoct the story, fake the injury, and manipulate her grandson.

    2. Russell comes from a dead sleep and has no time to concoct a story, but directly and without hesitation tells a believable account and suggests the officer ask anyone without having had any opportunity to manipulate them. He was asleep because he had had no reason to think the cops were coming; i.e. he had not hit her and had no reason to think police would arrive.

    3. No reasonable person would argue that DV should not be tolerated. There are situations in which the aggressor is clear-cut and obvious. However there (likely many more) cases where it is very dubious who the aggressor was or whether the complainant was the aggressor. These cases should be handled differently. I know police are doing their duty by having a mandate to determine an aggressor, but the police should be allowed to attest that an aggressor could not be determined, in which case both parties are separated and an evidentiary hearing is scheduled.

    4. It is kinda disturbing that that is all it takes to enter someone else's home: one swift Russian stomp.

  3. It’s crazy how a woman can accuse you of something without anything to corroborate it and you go to jail. There wasn’t any signs of domestic battery to her. Where was the red marks on her eye? I couldn’t see them. The only apparent crime Russell is guilty of is that damn haircut! Lol Women love bending the truth and the police allows it
