PART 6 OF 10- HSI Agent Walks Detectives Thru What Led to the Failed Drug Buy leading Officers death – Everything Law and Order Blog

PART 6 OF 10 @CopsConsTV Agent Juan Lujan, an 11 year veteran of Homeland Security, stated on this date he was assigned as the backup undercover (UC) for the operation. He stated the primary Agent was Victor Tellez. He knew there was surveillance on Omar’s residence prior to the buy bust. He stated Agent Tellez was the only one in contact with Omar. Agent Lujan stated he was also involved with the buy walk on January 28, 2021. He was the backup UC on that buy as well.
Agent Lujan stated he heard communication between Agent Tellez and Omar on this date. He stated he heard the conversation Omar had with Agent Tellez after he had been pulled over. He stated Omar told Agent Tellez that he “did not give them a chance”. Agent Lujan
stated he heard Omar saying he was still on his way to Las Cruces. He stated that what Omar told Agent Tellez made him think that he had shot the officer. Agent Lujan stated around that same time, he received messages from other Agents that an officer was shot. Agent Lujan stated he knew there was a plan in place to conduct a felony stop on Omar between Deming and Las Cruces, if the opportunity came. If not, the second part of the
plan which would have been the buy bust would have been carried out. He stated the New Mexico State Police would have conducted the felony stop and that the plan to felony stop Omar would have been briefed between the Deming HSI Agents and State Police.
Agent Lujan stated he did not fire any of his duty weapons during this incident.

  1. it's not possible to play fair, or clean when the criminals have absolutely no rule book. Our government will and SHOULD get their hands dirty and shit will happen. This is how it needs to be and truthfully, the civilian public should NOT be aware of details because they lack the ability to understand.

  2. Here’s what I don’t understand about the entire operation…

If you’re requesting state police do a stop on such a dangerous target, why would either agency not have severe backup? Why didn’t HSI arrive the second the stop had been performed? They came with heavy weapons after the man had been murdered. Those heavy weapons could’ve helped just minutes earlier.

Why didn’t state police have other backup there on this stop, since the sergeant had communicated with HSI on this operation. WHY THE FUCK DID THEY LEAVE IT TO ONE OFFICER WITH A PISTOL?!

  3. I'm so sorry but state police darian jarott conducted himself to his death
How could you trust a criminal who was carrying a rifle on his waist
Shoot him officer don't even let him gzt out of his truck
Anyway wish the state of new mexico will take care of jarott's wife and children

  4. I would randomly drug test these guys. Specially the guy on left. Why wear a hat? Dude looks like he could possibly be high ON METH. Some moves or jittery behavior.
    Can’t even see his eyes…

  5. The simple fact that your on a phone during a serious interview of a Fd up bust. Is so obvious that you are hiding your facial expressions , he flannel guy. I bet when you were looking at your phone, you were able to see your shirt moving from your heart beating being scared! Dirty Fks

  6. This GUY WAS ICE BORDER PATROL. Before ! How tf do you or communicate with all of Law? And radio it in, the guy is armed and dangerous. Honestly, this guy is sketchy. I mean, that is how I would look at him. Specially as a back up. How do you not step up and do your job? This guy set up someone who had nothing with deserving death.

And how is he able to use his phone while on interview? These guys are sketchy. Being undercover.. who knows what these guys plan was. Maybe they had something planned for those drugs? Fawk these guys.

  7. The first agent says he was ERO and Border Patrol prior to being a special agent with HSI. Why doesn't that surprise me the least? He had absolutely shoddy work ethic and training being both an ERO officer and BPA. HSI has horrible vetting unlike DEA/FBI and other prestigious criminal investigator agencies.

  8. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED> I DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. THAT DUDE IN THE FLANNEL, IS REALLY NERVOUS. I GET A BAD SIGNAL FROM HIM AND THE GUY TALKING IS ACTING STUPID.

  9. They keep talking about a felony stop so why wasn't that tactic forwarded to Darian and executed on the freeway in concert with them and other units?

  10. Feds do shit like this all the time. They don’t want to burn their investigation so they ask local and/or state to stop these people. If it’s a big pinch they’ll come in and take the arrest. If it’s nothing they just say ok thanks.

  11. A cop got killed and that guy is scrolling through his phone like nothing happened. Lots of guilty looks on both the interviewees.

  12. Officer Jarret made lots of mistakes in that traffic stop. Period! Specially, nonchalantly looking at the drivers documents while the driver was asked to follow Officer Jarret to his vehicle. You must be 💯 % alert at all times. It’s an unfortunate event. The criminal took his chances. I’m glad the criminal was killed.

  13. bruh they have cops pull him over so they don’t recognize the under covers turned them in,, but here iit is his whole face now known to the public and the internet…. way to go HSI

  14. Fucking bullshit …if that officer only knew the suspect is being watch ,he still be alive today ..and the HSI didn’t give the local police any information

  15. This guy keeps talking about how the plan was to do a felony stop. And if it didn’t work then they would try plan b. If jarrot was told the plan was to do a felony stop, he would not have went in alone. Felony stops are not conducted with one officer. This guy said it was up to State police to make that call if they had the opportunity. So jarrot didn’t have the opportunity to call for another officer for a felony stop so he just decided to make the stop alone,,,,NO!!!!! Makes no sense. If jarrot was told to do a felony stop he wouldn’t have just ignored it and placed himself in in that dangerous of a situation alone!!!!! BS. Someone is hiding something.

  16. Jarrot knew the guy had a gun on him and he still let him get out of the truck without seeing his hands. He could have prevented his own death 100% if he had better training

  17. Does anybody know what Officer Jarrott knew about why he was stopping the vehicle? He treated it like a regular violator traffic stop. Troopers have a habit of having violators sit in their patrol cars, which I’ve always thought was a bad idea. Also telling them they’re going to have checks run on them . They don’t know who they’re stopping. The driver might have warrants out, and the chances of an altercation rise exponentially if they do. I hate that this happened to the trooper – an outright execution.

  18. If Omar was armed at their last meeting the feds should have taken him right then and there. He was an armed Felon that should be enough to put him away forever. But no HSI didn't want to halt their elaborate plan to have some Police action. This cost the life of a Husband and Father. HSI is solely responsible for that day.
