Deputy David Miller responds to a fight call. Upon arriving on scene, Deputy Miller encounters a male with a bloody lip who states he had a falling out with his girlfriend. He claims to be an ex-marine who got in a fight with a male from the army. He states the army male got in his grill and swatted his nose several times, so he clothes lines him.
After back up arrives Deputy Miller questions all parties and determine the ex-marine was the instigator. Victim goes to hospital and the ex-marine is charged with battery.

The Witness/Victim statements do not explain the Subject's injuries. The victim seemed evasive. I am curious as to the relationship between the Witness/Victim and between the Witness/Victim/Subject. The video left a lot unanswered.
