To put a dog down cause of peoples negligence is wrong. My Dog that passed away last year was abused so I had to split him from the rest of the dogs. The animal shelter came and I told them. He was abused so if you want to take him, you'll have to go through me. His name was Sven. They backed off when they heard the history. It took me 2 years to clam him down. He was abused when I was away for couple months for work by an alcoholic which I threw out once I got back. My sister and I was the only people that could touch him but he also barked at my sister when she came into my room. A dog does not act out on it's own. It's how they are raised. I never had to hit my dog. He never begged for food or anything. He reacted on my voice.
